Hyderabad: BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) accused the Congress government of failing in the conduct of the Group-1 examination and warned that Telangana youth would never forgive such negligence. He alleged that inefficiency and greed for money had led to widespread irregularities in the recruitment process.
KTR demands judicial probe into exam irregularities
KTR said the Congress government betrayed unemployed youth who spent years preparing for competitive exams with their parents’ hard-earned savings. He alleged that jobs were being “sold in the market,” depriving genuine candidates of opportunities.
“The government failed in holding the Group-1 exam. Youth will never forgive this. The High Court has already ordered a re-examination, and it must be conducted afresh. A judicial commission should be set up to identify those behind the job scam,” KTR demanded.
Call for special Assembly session on jobs
The BRS leader also demanded a special Assembly session to discuss what he termed the “fraudulent promise” of providing two lakh jobs within a year, made by the Congress before coming to power. He reiterated his demand on X, stating that the government must be held accountable.
