Hyderabad: Kukatpally MLA Krishna Rao led a delegation to the HYDRAA Commissioner on Wednesday, raising objections over the alleged illegal occupation of valuable government land in Gajularamaram village.
The land, located under survey number 307, is reportedly under the control of Sherlingampally MLA Gandhi, who switched parties after winning his seat. The delegation accused him of taking over the land unlawfully, violating existing government rules.
Senior Advocate Rajeshwara Rao and MLC Dr. Dasoju Shravan accompanied Krishna Rao. They asked the Commissioner to take immediate steps to reclaim the land and begin an official probe into the matter.
The leaders said the government must protect public land from misuse. They demanded a clear and quick investigation to expose any political interference in the case.
