Hyderabad: Telangana BJP president N Ramchander Rao warned that legal action against black marketing of urea will be enforced without exception. He urged farmers to stay vigilant and avoid falling for rumors about urea scarcity.
After offering prayers at Sri Balaji Venkateshwara Swamy temple in Chevella on Thursday, Rao addressed the media. He assured that the Modi government had ensured a surplus supply of urea for Telangana. According to him, farmers would receive enough stock to meet their seasonal needs.

Rao called on farmers to immediately report any instances of hoarding or illegal sales. He asserted that swift legal action would follow such complaints. Moreover, he accused the Congress-led state government of spreading false panic and misleading farmers by alleging shortages that do not exist.
Earlier in the day, Rao visited a local shop dealing in fertilizers, seeds, and pesticides in Chevella. Along with BJP workers, he interacted with farmers and checked input availability firsthand.
As part of his 24-hour yatra across Chevella Assembly constituency, Rao received a grand welcome at Moinabad. BJP Yuva Morcha General Secretary Kunde Ganesh led the reception, presenting Rao with a giant garland using a JCB, symbolizing grassroots enthusiasm.
Rao will spend Thursday night in Nanchair village. On Friday, he will take part in a Mahila Sammelan at Aloor and a Yuva Sammelan at Khanpur Gate, continuing his outreach efforts.
