Hyderabad: Congress disciplinary committee chairman Mallu Ravi on Saturday clarified that the panel had not received any complaint against Munugode MLA Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy. He said the committee would consider the matter only if a formal complaint was lodged, making it clear that no suo motu action was planned.
Committee reviews Siddipet complaints
At Gandhi Bhavan in Hyderabad, the disciplinary committee held a meeting to review pending cases. Mallu Ravi told reporters that the panel issued notices to Siddipet Congress in-charge Harikrishna. He also pointed out that Dalit groups in Gajwel had filed a complaint against Siddipet DCC president Narsa Reddy.
According to him, the committee gave Narsa Reddy a week to respond, after which it would decide further action. He added that the complaint over poojas against Harikrishna was also under examination.
Warangal feud under PCC review
Commenting on the Warangal Congress feud, Mallu Ravi said the panel had already submitted a report. He noted that TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud and Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy would take the final call on any disciplinary measures.
