bike accident Nagarkurnool

Hyderabad: A routine motorbike ride turned tragic for a 40-year-old man from Dindi mandal who died in a crash near Maripally in Telangana’s Nagarkurnool district on Monday.

Police said the victim, identified as Mathia, had been riding to Chara Konda when the accident unfolded. The circumstances remain under investigation, but authorities confirmed that Mathia was pronounced dead at the scene. Near Maripally, he encountered another biker, Chennaya, from Vavul Kola village, also in Dindi mandal, who was pushing his motorcycle along the roadside after it had run out of petrol.

In a sudden turn of events, Mathia’s motorbike collided with Chennaya’s vehicle, leaving Mathia critically injured. He died at the scene from his injuries.

Police said the body was taken to Kalwakurthy Hospital for post-mortem. Family sources said Mathia leaves behind his wife, Lakshmamma, along with three daughters and a son. Police have registered a case and are piecing together the exact sequence of events that led to the fatal collision.
