HYDERABAD: A distressing event unfolded in the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district of Telangana, where a man allegedly killed his mother following her refusal to give him money for alcohol.
The accused, identified as Srinu, had been residing with his wife in Chevella. On April 4, after a domestic dispute, Srinu returned to his parental home in Gurraaladandi Kottathanda. There, he demanded money from his mother, Moji, to purchase alcohol. Upon her refusal, an altercation ensued, during which Srinu allegedly struck Moji on the head with a stick, resulting in her death due to severe blood loss.
Local authorities, upon being informed, have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident.
