HYDERABAD: The ongoing feud within actor Mohan Babu’s family resurfaced with heightened tension on Wednesday, as Manchu Manoj attempted to enter his father’s residence in Jalpalli, Ranga Reddy district. Manoj, who has reportedly been staying away from the family home for some time, arrived with his family and sought entry into the house.
Claiming that he had obtained court permission to enter the residence, Manoj alleged that the gate was deliberately kept shut. He staged a sit-in protest at the entrance, stating that he would not leave until he spoke to his father, Mohan Babu.
Adding to the drama, Manoj accused his brother, Manchu Vishnu, of taking away his car. He said that he had already lodged a complaint with the Narsingi police, alleging that his belongings were removed from the house while he was away.
The situation quickly turned tense at the Jalpalli residence, prompting a heavy police presence in the area. Authorities imposed restrictions for a two-kilometre radius around the residence to prevent further escalation.
This development marks a fresh chapter in the Manchu family’s internal rift, which has been making headlines for the past several days. Despite the public nature of the dispute, no official statement has yet been released by Mohan Babu or Manchu Vishnu.
