Hyderabad: Telangana Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar visited the Sri Rajarajeshwara Swamy temple in Vemulawada on the occasion of Deepavali and offered prayers for the peace and prosperity of the people of the state.
The Minister prayed to Goddess Rajarajeswari to dispel ignorance and fill every household with new light. He also sought blessings for abundant rainfall, rich harvests, and good health and happiness for all citizens of Telangana.
Minister Ponnam Prabhakar Deepavali greetings stress prosperity and safety
In a video message shared on X, Minister Ponnam Prabhakar extended Deepavali greetings to the people of Telangana. He described the festival as a symbol of light triumphing over darkness and wished that peace, unity, and development spread across the state.
He said he hoped the festival’s light would guide Telangana towards further growth and harmony. Ponnam prayed for every family to celebrate the festival with joy, good health, and prosperity.
The Minister also advised citizens to celebrate safely with their families and ensure children remain careful while bursting firecrackers. He urged parents to take precautions to prevent accidents and make Deepavali a safe and happy festival for all.
