HYDERABAD: Telangana Minister Seethakka has delivered a strong counter to MLC Kavitha’s recent remarks, accusing her of misleading the public. Seethakka criticized Kavitha for making baseless claims and defended the Congress government’s welfare initiatives, highlighting the party’s commitment to public welfare.
Seethakka responded sharply to Kavitha’s accusations against the Congress, saying that the current government is working tirelessly for the welfare of the people. She pointed out that under the Congress administration, several welfare schemes have been introduced to support farmers, women, and marginalized sections.
Refuting Kavitha’s claims that the Congress government has failed to deliver on its promises, Seethakka listed the pro-people policies implemented by the government. She emphasized that schemes like free electricity for farmers, financial assistance to women, and social security programs are being effectively executed.
Seethakka also criticized the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), accusing it of making false promises during its tenure. She claimed that the BRS government had neglected public welfare and failed to implement meaningful policies.
Addressing Kavitha’s comments on women’s welfare, Seethakka highlighted the Congress-led initiatives aimed at empowering women. She mentioned the government’s focus on providing financial aid, skill development programs, and ensuring safety and security for women.
Seethakka concluded by stating that the Congress government is committed to transparent governance and will not be intimidated by the BRS’s false propaganda. She affirmed that the government will continue working for the people’s welfare, ensuring the effective implementation of its schemes.
