Hyderabad: Telangana ministers fanned out across districts today as part of a two-day tour ordered by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, aimed at taking stock of development projects, monsoon readiness, and administrative performance on the ground.
In the combined Warangal region, ministers Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Seethakka, and Konda Surekha are set to conduct field reviews, while Khammam will be overseen by ministers Tummala Nageswara Rao and Komatireddy Venkat Reddy.
Top of the agenda: paddy procurement, Kharif crop planning, revenue department coordination, and rainy season prep. Ministers are also meeting with district collectors for firsthand briefings and updates.
Officials have been tasked with assembling detailed reports on everything from welfare schemes and infrastructure work to lingering local issues. The findings will be tabled at a review meeting led by the Chief Minister at the Secretariat on June 1.
The government hopes the initiative will offer a clearer picture of current hurdles and sharpen the state’s governance strategy moving forward.
