Hyderabad: MLA Anil Jadhav said he would transform Both town into Model Both through a series of civic and infrastructure development projects.
The MLA conducted a padayatra across key junctions and streets in the town along with local leaders and officials from the R&B and PR departments. He interacted with beedi workers and enquired about their problems.
Major infrastructure works planned
Anil Jadhav said he personally inspected the roads in all town colonies. He announced plans to construct main connecting roads at a cost of ₹10 crore.
He added that proposals worth ₹18 crore had been sent for central lighting from Pocchera X Road to Both. “The town will soon emerge as a Model Both with improved infrastructure,” he said.
Focus on education and public services
Jadhav said efforts were underway to establish a degree college and a fire station in Both. “Politics ends with elections — after that, only development matters,” he said.
R&B DE Aravind, PR DE Dharmender, and AE Chandrasekhar took part in the inspection.
