Hyderabad: MLA Rajagopal Reddy said on Tuesday that Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka had earlier promised him a ministerial berth, a claim he insisted was true. However, he alleged that the Congress high command did not implement the assurance.
Reddy claimed that some of the state’s top leaders had blocked his elevation and subjected him to humiliation. He expressed gratitude to Vikramarka for publicly acknowledging the promise and clarifying the facts to the public.
