HYDERABAD: The Prajavani programme, launched by the Telangana government to address public grievances, has received commendation from senior officials of Nagaland. A delegation from Nagaland recently visited Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Praja Bhavan to observe the functioning of the initiative.

Under the Prajavani programme, the Telangana government conducts bi-weekly grievance redressal sessions attended by senior officials from various departments. The platform has proven to be a successful mechanism for the timely resolution of public concerns.
Nagaland officials noted that initiatives like Prajavani help bridge the gap between the government and the public, while also fostering trust. They praised the Telangana government’s approach and described the programme as a model worth replicating in other states.
