New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) opened registrations for NEET UG 2025 counselling on Monday, enabling candidates to apply for MBBS and BDS seats across India.
The process is being conducted on MCC’s official website and will continue through July 28. Applicants must complete registration, submit college and course preferences, and participate in the seat allotment process before the deadline.
This year, approximately 1.3 lakh medical seats are available nationwide, including nearly 1 lakh MBBS seats and around 28,000 BDS seats across 775 participating institutions.
The counselling will be held in three regular rounds, followed by a stray vacancy round. In each round, candidates must undergo registration, choice filling, seat allotment, reporting to the allotted college, and document verification.
Seat allocation will be based on candidates’ NEET UG 2025 rank, availability of seats, and submitted preferences.
