Hyderabad: A man allegedly killed his in-laws with a sword in a brutal attack at ST Colony in Duttalur, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh. The suspect, identified as Vengayya, was reportedly attacking his wife Ankammaa with a sword when her parents tried to intervene.
Vengayya then turned on his in-laws, striking them fatally at the scene. His wife suffered serious injuries and was shifted to hospital.
After the assault, Vengayya fled. Police have registered a case and launched a search to trace him.
