Hyderabad: The All India Professionals’ Congress (AIPC) on Wednesday announced the appointment of Nitignya Harkara as the State Head of the IT Domain for Telangana, marking a significant addition to its leadership in the technology sector.
With over 14 years of experience in project management, software delivery, and infrastructure integration, Nitignya is recognized for her strong leadership, strategic execution, and results-driven mindset. She has consistently led high-performing teams on complex tech projects, earning a reputation for aligning technology with organizational goals.
Tech leadership rooted in service
Apart from her corporate achievements, Nitignya has been active in social impact efforts. She has led more than 50 blood donation drives across Telangana, in partnership with Dr. Nagesh from Renovo Hospitals. Her role in mobilizing volunteers for public health causes underscores her commitment to community welfare.
She also holds leadership roles in the World Telugu IT Council (WTITC) and the Telangana IT Association (TITA), advocating for greater representation of women in technology.
AIPC’s vision for professional empowerment
In her statement, Nitignya expressed gratitude to AIPC Chairman Praveen Chakravarty for supporting professionals who use technology for societal good. She also thanked Vinod Subramanian, National Head of the IT Domain, for his trust in her leadership.
She pledged to use her new position to strengthen AIPC’s digital outreach, empower IT professionals, and promote technology-led progress across Telangana.
The AIPC, a platform for politically engaged professionals, works across sectors such as healthcare, MSMEs, finance, education, civil society, and LGBTQIA+ inclusion to promote a politics of aspiration, justice, and reform.
