Hyderabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday praised the efforts of tribal women from the Bhadrachalam region during the 123rd episode of his “Mann Ki Baat” broadcast.
PM Modi highlighted how these Adivasi women have been producing millet-based biscuits under the name “Bhadadri 2. Millets Magic,” describing them as highly beneficial for health.
He noted that the initiative has gained recognition both locally and internationally, with the biscuits even being exported abroad. Modi also pointed out that the same women had produced and sold 40,000 sanitary napkins within three months, calling it a matter of pride.
