Telangana Minister Ponnam Prabhakar accused Union Minister Kishan Reddy of obstructing central funds for the state and failing to contribute to Warangal airport development.
HYDERABAD: Telangana Minister Ponnam Prabhakar has strongly criticised Union Minister Kishan Reddy, accusing him of blocking central funds meant for Telangana’s development. Speaking to the media, Prabhakar questioned whether Kishan Reddy had ever made any efforts to develop the Warangal airport.
He alleged that the BJP leader has consistently opposed Telangana’s progress and that the Congress-led government remains committed to advancing the state’s development despite these obstacles. “Kishan Reddy does not want Telangana to flourish under Congress rule. We will not tolerate conspiracies aimed at halting the state’s growth,” Prabhakar asserted.
Additionally, he criticised the BRS party, stating that it has no moral right to comment on the caste census issue. His remarks come amid ongoing political debates over Telangana’s funding and development priorities.
The statements have further intensified the political discourse in Telangana, with both state and central leaders exchanging accusations over development policies and fund allocations.
