Hyderabad: Acting on the orders of Rachakonda Commissioner of Police Sudheer Babu, IPS, law enforcement teams conducted a large-scale naka bandi operation across 42 locations in the commissionerate limits on Friday evening.
The operation was held from 6 PM to 8 PM on July 18, targeting areas unaffected by rain to avoid public inconvenience. Supervised by senior officials, the drive focused on curbing the movement of prohibited items, illegal weapons, and unregistered or suspicious vehicles.
The police reported that the operation was conducted smoothly and peacefully with public cooperation. Authorities have indicated that similar intensified checks may continue in the coming days as part of ongoing safety and security measures.
