Hyderabad: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will visit Jataprol village in Pentlavelli mandal of Nagarkurnool district on Friday to lay the foundation stone for a ₹150 crore Young India Integrated School.
The chief minister will also address a public meeting during the visit, where interest-free loans will be distributed to women’s self-help groups.
This marks Revanth Reddy’s first visit to Kollapur after the formation of the Congress government in Telangana. Minister Jupally Krishna Rao has taken charge of ensuring the event’s success and is mobilising large crowds for the gathering.
Ahead of the CM’s visit, Minister Rao and District Collector Badavath Santosh held a review meeting with officials from various departments. All arrangements for the event have been finalised.
Prior to the public meeting, Revanth Reddy will visit the Madanagopalaswamy and Shiva temples in the area.
