Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy extended greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti, marking the 556th Prakash Utsav of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

The Chief Minister said the festival symbolised unity in diversity and celebrated the Guru’s timeless values. “May His divine teachings of love, compassion and humanity enlighten us and guide us through the right path,” he said.
Revanth Reddy noted that Guru Nanak Dev Ji had shown humanity the path of peace and harmony. He said the Guru’s message of truth, compassion, and sacrifice continues to inspire people even today.
The Chief Minister added that Guru Nanak’s call for purity of thought, excellence in conduct and tolerance was vital to building a just society. “His teachings will always help us walk on the path of righteousness,” he said.
