CM Revanth Reddy criticised KCR, stating that despite being rejected by the people, he refuses to change. He accused the former CM of ignoring the public verdict and clinging to old political tactics.
HYDERABAD: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has launched a sharp attack on former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), accusing him of refusing to change despite his electoral defeat. Speaking at a public event, Revanth Reddy claimed that KCR is still in denial and unwilling to accept the people’s verdict against his governance.
The Congress leader alleged that instead of introspecting on the reasons for BRS’s loss, KCR is misleading the public with false narratives. “Even after being strongly rejected by the people, KCR continues his old ways, displaying arrogance instead of accepting reality,” Revanth Reddy remarked.
He further criticized the previous BRS administration for failing to address key public issues such as farmers’ distress, unemployment, and corruption. Revanth Reddy asserted that the Congress government is committed to transparency and is working towards fulfilling the promises made to the people.
With political tensions in Telangana escalating, Revanth Reddy’s remarks indicate that the rivalry between Congress and BRS remains intense, setting the stage for further confrontations.
