HYDERABAD: A school auto carrying multiple students collided with a stationary lorry on Rajiv Road in Sultanabad mandal, leaving five students seriously injured.
According to reports, the auto was transporting students from Sultanabad to Peddapalli when it crashed into a lorry that was parked along the roadside in Chinnakalvala village.
The injured students have been identified as Sai Chander, Abhiram, Aditya, Vishal, and Varshit. Upon receiving information, Peddapalli Traffic CI Anil Kumar and Sultanabad SI Shravan Kumar rushed to the scene and initiated rescue operations.
The injured students were immediately shifted to the district government hospital in an ambulance for medical treatment. Authorities are investigating the circumstances that led to the accident.
