Hyderabad: A fire broke out on a school bus in Kishtareddipet under Ameenpur municipality on Thursday morning, triggering panic but causing no injuries.
The Delhi Public School vehicle had stopped to pick up students when flames suddenly erupted from the engine compartment. The driver and helper responded immediately, evacuating the children before the fire spread.
The blaze intensified rapidly and gutted the bus entirely. Firefighters arrived at the spot and brought the flames under control. No students were harmed.
Local authorities confirmed that all children were safe and that the charred vehicle had been cleared from the area.
