Hyderabad: A group of youths under the influence of ganja and alcohol created chaos in Secunderabad. The incident took place at Gopalapuram, where the group attacked a tea stall owner and fought among themselves.
The gang frightened people by clashing in the middle of the road. Locals said bystanders who tried to intervene were also attacked.
