Serial offender held for thefts, burglaries across Hyderabad and Telangana

Hyderabad: Chandnagar police arrested a serial offender in Hyderabad who admitted to a spree of house burglaries and bike thefts across Telangana.

Officers stopped the man during a routine vehicle check under their visible policing drive. He was riding a motorcycle and appeared suspicious. When questioned, he confessed to multiple thefts and burglaries. Police identified him as Bheemaesh, a repeat offender with over 42 prior cases and jail terms.

He admitted to two house break-ins and one bike theft in the Chandnagar area. He also confessed to a burglary in Dundigal, two house thefts in one day under Makthal limits, and separate thefts in Chaitanyapuri and Hayathnagar, including another stolen motorcycle.

Police seized two stolen bikes, 8 grams of gold, and 200 grams of silver ornaments from him. They remanded Bheemaesh to judicial custody after completing formalities.

Senior officers praised the Chandnagar crime team for their swift action. Madhapur DCP and Miyapur ACP personally commended their efforts.
