Hyderabad: A seven-year-old boy died in a tragic incident at Bela mandal in Adilabad district on Tuesday night. A concrete pillar accidentally fell on him while he was playing.
Local residents said the boy, identified as Daure Veer from Indra Nagar in Bela mandal, was playing in his house courtyard. He had tied a rope to a pillar and was swinging on it when the pillar suddenly collapsed, causing serious injuries.

Family members rushed him to RIMS Hospital in Adilabad. Doctors tried to save him, but he died while receiving treatment. Police registered a case on Wednesday and began an investigation.
The child’s death left the family and the entire locality in deep grief.
