HYDERABAD: Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner R.V. Karnan inspected the ongoing Road Over Bridge (ROB) works at Shastripuram and issued directives to expedite the project.
During his review, the Commissioner specifically instructed officials to fast-track the up and down ramp constructions near Aramghar. He emphasised the urgency of completing land acquisition required for the ramps without delay.
Karnan also stressed the importance of coordinating with the Railway Chief Engineer to complete the railway portion of the ROB. He noted that once the railway section is finished, the remaining works must be accelerated to ensure timely project completion.
The Shastripuram ROB is a key infrastructure development intended to ease traffic congestion and improve connectivity in the area.
