Hyderabad: Six persons sustained injuries, two of them critical, in a three-vehicle road crash near Keethavarigudem village in Suryapet district around midnight on Tuesday.
The collision, involving two tractors and a car, occurred under Garidepally mandal limits as the vehicles approached the outskirts of the village. The victims, reportedly on route from Huzurnagar to Miryalaguda, were immediately shifted to Suryapet Area Hospital.
Police identified the injured as migrant workers from Jharkhand. Investigators suspect reckless driving and possible fatigue, given the time of the incident.
Local police reached the spot shortly after receiving the alert and secured the area. A case has been booked under relevant sections, and investigation is ongoing.
