Hyderabad, January 25: A teacher at a government high school in Balmoor Mandal, Nagarkurnool, has been accused of assaulting three female students. According to reports, the teacher, Srinivas Reddy, threw a slipper at the students for laughing while playing.
The attack left the students with injuries to their necks and ears. The students informed their parents, who confronted the teacher. Parents and local residents are now demanding strict action against Reddy.
A complaint has been lodged with the Education Department, which has launched an investigation into the incident.
