HYDERABAD: The Telangana Assembly Budget Session is set to commence on March 12 and will continue until March 27. The decision was finalized during the Telangana Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, where several key policy decisions were taken.
As part of the employment drive, the Cabinet approved the creation of 10,950 Village Level Officer (VLO) posts. Additionally, 217 new posts were sanctioned for new revenue divisions and mandals, while 55 posts were approved for district courts across 10 districts.
Meanwhile, CM Revanth Reddy and his team are scheduled to visit Delhi tomorrow to discuss MLC candidates under the MLA quota with the Congress high command. The growing number of aspirants has made the selection process complex, and party leaders are yet to finalise the candidates. Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy, MPs, and MLAs will accompany the Chief Minister to Delhi for further discussions.
