Hyderabad: The Congress leadership has summoned senior Telangana leaders to Delhi on May 30 as part of efforts to finalise a long-pending overhaul of the party’s state unit.
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, TPCC working president Mahesh Kumar Goud, and other top leaders of Telangana Congress have been asked to join the discussions, which are expected to lead to key decisions on the reshuffle of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC).
Earlier meetings were put on hold while AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge was away from Delhi. Now, with his return expected soon, the party is getting ready for what could be a crucial round of talks.
