HYDERABAD: The Telangana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation has clarified that only two months’ payments to dairy farmers are pending, refuting claims that five months’ dues are outstanding. In an official statement, the federation specified that payments for September and October are yet to be settled. The state government has recently released ₹50 crore for January payments, which will be credited to farmers’ accounts starting today.
Additionally, the government plans to release ₹50.65 crore soon to clear the remaining pending bills.
