HYDERABAD: The Telangana government has announced an extension of the deadline for the Land Regularisation Scheme (LRS) concession fee until April 30. Previously set to expire on March 31, this extension aims to provide applicants with additional time to benefit from the 25% concession offered for pending plot registrations.
Over the past four years, numerous plot registrations have remained pending. To address this, the government had earlier introduced a 25% concession on regularisation fees, urging applicants to complete their registrations by March 31. However, due to a lower-than-expected response from the public, the deadline has now been extended to April 30.
This extension provides a valuable opportunity for plot owners to regularise their properties under favourable terms. The government encourages eligible individuals to take advantage of this concession before the new deadline.
