Hyderabad: Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma and Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy greeted the people of the state on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, to be observed on Friday.
The Governor, in his message, said Prophet Muhammad’s teachings on compassion, tolerance, harmony and universal brotherhood continue to guide humanity. “His message finds true expression when we serve our fellow human beings with faith, kindness, trust and care,” he noted. He urged citizens to reaffirm their commitment to unity, peace and prosperity.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy also extended his wishes to the Muslim community. He described Milad-un-Nabi as an auspicious day marking the birth of the Prophet Muhammad. He said the Prophet’s message of peace, love, sacrifice and service remains relevant to all.
