Hyderabad: A day of applause, medals, and proud grins at Raj Bhavan.
Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma spent time with the state’s young achievers on Monday, meeting SSC exam toppers from Raj Bhavan School, which clocked an impressive 97% pass rate this year.
The spotlight was on Kum. Hasini, who topped the district with a stellar 574 marks. She wasn’t alone—21 other students who crossed the 500-mark milestone were also recognised during the ceremony.
The Governor credited the school’s staff for the results, saying the dedication of teachers had laid the foundation for the students’ success. “Your efforts shine through the results,” he said, addressing the faculty.
He also congratulated the students and wished them well for the road ahead.
The event, held on campus at Raj Bhavan, was attended by Principal Secretary to the Governor, M. Dana Kishore, IAS, school faculty, and senior officials of Raj Bhavan.
