HYDERABAD: Thousands of aspirants in Telangana have been left mentally distressed, anxious, and disillusioned due to the Group-1 irregularities. Taking to social media, candidates have appealed to senior BRS leader K. T. Rama Rao to stand with them and promise a thorough investigation into the alleged discrepancies if the BRS returns to power.
In their message, the candidates stated that they had prepared for the Group-1 exams with dedication, sacrificing employment opportunities and risking their careers purely out of a desire to serve the nation. However, they claimed that the alleged incompetence of the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) had shattered their dreams.
They reminded K. T. Rama Rao of the strong stance he took during the University of Hyderabad issue and urged him to similarly stand by the youth now by announcing a CBI or SIT probe into the Group-1 irregularities to ensure an impartial and full investigation.
The message further stated that the youth of Telangana are demanding justice to safeguard their future. According to the candidates, if the BRS were to commit to launching a judicial or central investigation into the irregularities upon returning to power, it would restore peace of mind and confidence in the system for thousands of young aspirants.
The campaign has been rapidly gaining momentum on social media, with youth demanding transparency, accountability, and justice from the government.
