Hyderabad: The Telangana government has activated a helpline at Telangana Bhavan in New Delhi following instructions from Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, in response to the worsening situation in the Middle East, particularly the conflict between Iran and Israel.
The helpline is intended to support Telangana citizens currently in or travelling through affected regions. State officials said there were no reports so far of any Telangana residents being directly impacted, based on updates from the Ministry of External Affairs and Indian embassies abroad.
Officials at Telangana Bhavan are in direct coordination with MEA and central authorities. The helpline will provide guidance, take in queries, and serve as a contact point for families or individuals needing assistance.

The state government urged citizens to rely only on official communications and refrain from circulating unverified information. Monitoring of the situation is ongoing, officials said.
