Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Friday deferred its inquiry into the Kaleshwaram project report, warning that any public posting of the PC Ghosh Commission findings must be removed at once.
The state government told the court it would not act on the report until the Assembly debated it. The court ordered the government to file a counter within three weeks.
The bench said there was no need for interim orders and pushed the next hearing by four weeks.
