HYDERABAD, January 30, 2025: In a significant development, the Telangana High Court has granted conditional bail to Bhujangarao and Radhakishanrao, who are accused in the phone tapping case. The court has set specific conditions for their release, including the submission of two sureties and a personal bond of Rs. 1 lakh each.
The court also directed both accused to surrender their passports and cooperate fully with the ongoing police investigation. This decision comes after the accused were taken into judicial custody following their arrest in connection with the alleged illegal phone tapping activities.
The Telangana High Court’s order allows Bhujangarao and Radhakishanrao to remain out on bail, pending further proceedings, while ensuring that they comply with the necessary legal conditions.
