Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court refused to issue interim orders on the Kaleshwaram project report, which was submitted by Justice Ghose.
KCR, Harish petitions before court
Former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and former Minister T. Harish Rao had filed petitions challenging the report. Their counsel mentioned the matter again before the High Court on Monday.
The petitioners’ lawyers informed the court that the state government had decided to forward the Ghose report to the CBI for investigation into the Kaleshwaram project. They sought urgent hearing on the petitions.
Court adjourns hearing
The bench, however, declined to grant interim relief on the report. The High Court adjourned further hearing on the petitions to tomorrow.
