HYDERABAD: The Telangana High Court commenced its annual summer vacation today, which will continue until 6 June. In view of the break, special arrangements have been made to ensure urgent matters are addressed without delay.
According to official information, five special benches have been constituted to hear emergency cases during the vacation period. These benches will operate in rotation to ensure that legal proceedings related to critical issues are not disrupted.
The formation of these vacation benches allows for continuity in judicial services and the swift handling of bail petitions, habeas corpus pleas, and other time-sensitive matters.
