Hyderabad: Telangana IT and Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu on Thursday formally bid farewell to U.S. Consul General Jennifer Larson, marking the end of her tenure in Hyderabad.
The farewell, held in Hyderabad, the Minister acknowledged Larson’s role in deepening Indo-U.S relations and strengthening Telangana’s engagement with American institutions. He credited her with supporting Telangana’s development agenda through sustained diplomatic and institutional engagement.
“Her tenure saw several meaningful partnerships take shape, advancing shared values and goals between Telangana and the United States,” he said. The Minister expressed confidence that the relationship would continue to grow beyond her tenure.
Describing the farewell as more than a formal gesture, Sridhar Babu said it was a celebration of mutual respect and enduring ties. He wished her success in her future assignments.
