Hyderabad: The Telangana State Minorities Employees Service Association met Minister Adluri Laxman Kumar on Tuesday. The minister oversees welfare for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, minorities, disabled persons, senior citizens, and transgender persons.
The delegation submitted a memorandum on the problems of minority employees. It highlighted the concerns of Urdu officers, government teachers, and the wider minority community.

The group pressed for better workplace facilities, fair representation, timely promotions, and stronger welfare policies that are truly inclusive.
Minister Laxman Kumar assured support. He promised solutions to the issues listed in the memorandum.
