Hyderabad: The Telangana State Technical Education Department has released the counselling schedule for POLYCET 2025, confirming that the admission process will be conducted in two phases.
Online registration, payment of the processing fee, slot booking for certificate verification, and selection of help line centres will be open from June 24 to June 28. Certificate verification will take place from June 26 to 29. Web option entry will be allowed from June 26 to July 1.
Provisional seat allotment is scheduled to be released by July 4. Candidates can complete online self-reporting from July 4 to 6. The department advised candidates and parents to complete the processing fee payment and book their slots at the earliest to ensure sufficient time for exercising options.
A detailed notification, list of courses, and help line centres are available on the official site https://tgpolycet.nic.in. Internal sliding will be conducted by the convenor between July 21 and 22. All seats will be finalised by July 24, with spot admission guidelines to be issued on July 23. The spot admission process will conclude on July 30.
In the final phase, slot booking for those who missed earlier rounds will be available from July 9 to 10. Certificate verification for these candidates will be held on July 11. Option entry will be open from July 11 to 12, with option freezing on July 12.
Provisional seat allotment will be completed by July 15. Fee payment and self-reporting for final phase candidates must be done between July 15 and 16. Reporting at allotted colleges is allowed from July 15 to 17. Colleges must update their joining details by July 18.
The academic year begins on July 15. Orientation sessions are scheduled from July 15 to 17. Classes will formally commence on July 18.
