Hyderabad: Telangana Government Whip Adi Srinivas participated in a public outreach programme at the Congress headquarters, Gandhi Bhavan, where he personally heard grievances from citizens.
The session, which began at 10:30 am, saw participation from residents across various constituencies. People submitted complaints related to civic amenities, access to welfare schemes, land disputes, employment, pensions, and local development works.
Srinivas assured the public that each grievance would be taken seriously and directed concerned departments to act swiftly.
He said the Congress government prioritises public service and that such interactive grievance redressal programmes are being conducted to ensure accountability at all levels of governance.
