Hyderabad: The Telangana Cyber Security Bureau (TGCSB) has entered into a formal partnership with NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, to develop an integrated legal and operational approach to cybercrime enforcement.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed in the presence of Dr. Jitender, IPS, Director General of Police, Telangana. Officials said the collaboration aims to build capacity across legal education, policy analysis, digital forensics, and cybercrime investigation.
Under the MoU, TGCSB and NALSAR will conduct joint training programmes, extend mutual support in legal and forensic domains, and pursue collaborative research in areas including digital evidence, privacy law, and artificial intelligence-enabled crime.
The initiative is intended to reinforce the justice system’s readiness to respond to evolving cyber threats and promote a legally sound, secure digital environment. TGCSB said the partnership aligns with broader efforts to enhance multidisciplinary coordination in cyber law enforcement.
