HYDERABAD: Students of the Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TGMREIS) have recorded an impressive performance in the Intermediate examination results.
The TGMREIS achieved an 88% pass rate in the second-year Intermediate exams and 80% in the first year. Among second-year students, Muskaan Begum of TGMREIS Gadwal secured 994 marks, earning the fourth rank in the state. In the first year, Mohammad Farhan from TGMREIS Khairatabad Boys Junior College (CEC stream) scored 495 out of 500, securing the first rank statewide.
Similarly, S.K. Ranjan Bee from TGMREIS Kothagudem Girls Junior College scored 438 out of 440 in the BiPC stream, while Wajiha Tabassum from the same stream scored 438 marks, both clinching the top rank in the state. In the vocational stream, U. Hemanth from TGMREIS Vemulawada Boys (MLT) scored 496 out of 500, also securing the first rank in the state.
TGMREIS students had also performed well in the recently announced JEE Mains 2025 results. As part of their vocational training, 35 students from TGMREIS junior colleges qualified for the exam. Special residential coaching centres were established for boys and girls, providing them with full academic and logistical support.
All qualifying students are now being prepared for the JEE Advanced to seek admission into prestigious institutions such as IITs, NITs, and IIITs.
