Hyderabad: To mark the 79th Independence Day, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has announced special travel discounts for Hyderabad passengers, effective from August 15 to 31.
Under the “Travel as You Like” offer, 24-hour passes for Metro Deluxe, City Ordinary, and Metro Express buses will be available at reduced rates. The price of a 24-hour ticket for general passengers has been slashed from ₹150 to ₹130.
For women and senior citizens, the fare has been reduced from ₹120 to ₹110. Children will now pay only ₹90, down from the earlier ₹100.

TGSRTC travel discounts to apply on all major city bus categories in Hyderabad
TGSRTC officials stated that the offer aims to promote public transport usage during the holiday period and make travel more affordable for families, students, and daily commuters.
