HYDERABAD: Two young men lost their lives in a high-speed motorcycle crash in Vanasthalipuram. The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of Vanasthalipuram Police Station when their bike rammed into a parked lorry.
According to Circle Inspector Ch. Srinivas, the victims were identified as Charan (25) from Janagam village in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district and K. Pavan (24) from Mahbubnagar. Both were working as car mechanics at Siri Motors and residing in Hayathnagar’s Samanagar area.
The accident happened around 1 AM on Wednesday when Charan and Pavan were traveling from Hayathnagar to LB Nagar. Due to overspeeding, they lost control of their bike and crashed into a parked BharatBenz lorry near Autonagar on the service road. Both died on the spot.
Following a complaint from their families, police registered a case and shifted the bodies to Osmania General Hospital for post-mortem.
